Cover can be provided for many pre-existing medical conditions with low excesses. Cover is available to clients of all ages on Single Trip polices, up to age 85 on Annual Multi Travel Insurance policies and up to age 65 on Long Stay travel insurance policies. Please note: For all single trip policies that have an end date within one month of the date of purchase, there will be no cancellation cooling off period applicable and no refund will be payable on these policies. If you are a single-trip policyholder whose cover ends more than one month after the date of purchase, they will not refund your premium if you have traveled or made a claim before you asked to cancel the policy.
